COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. As a result, federal, state and local governments and federal and state health agencies recommend social distancing and wearing of masks in group settings.
In our efforts to ward off the spread of Covid-19, we have instituted a policy that all guests entering THE WILARIE will have a contact-free temperature check, are required to wear masks and must practice social distancing.
We vow to maintain our venue's cleanliness, making sure it is a safe & healthy environment for all guests. Common areas will be wiped and disinfected regularly, staff will be monitored and encouraged to stay home if they are not feeling well and hand sanitizer stations will be conveniently located at our venue.

THE WILARIE Diamond Room provides a casual atmosphere that is best suited for 50-75 guests. The Booking Fee to secure your date is $750.00. This fee will be applied to your total event cost. Please note that the Booking Fee is non-refundable after 3 days.

Q: What is the usage fee for your facility?
A: The current usage fee for the ballroom & lounge for 4 hours is $2500.00. The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests based on type of event & seating arrangement. The lounge can accommodate an additional 45 guests.The usage fee for banquet room, lounge and rear patio for 4 hours is $2900.00. The rear patio can accommodate 500+ guests. This cost includes chairs, tables, secure off street parking and essential staff for 100 guests. Additional charges incurred for staffing over 100 guests.
Q: Do you offer event packages?
A: Not at this time. Each event is custom tailored to the clients wishes and at most times won't fit into a standard package mold.
Q: What is the process to secure my event date?
A: A Booking Fee must be paid to secure your date. The Booking Fee cost is equal to 1/2 of your usage fee and it will be applied toward the total cost of your event. Please be advised before securing your date that the Booking Fee is nonrefundable after 3 days, in the event of cancellation.
Q: When is the total event balance due?
A: After confirming your event date an agreement will be issued which must be signed & returned within 7 business days along with 50% of your balance, minus the Booking Fee.
Q: Can I bring my own food, drink or outside caterer into the venue for my event?
A: Outside caterers are allowed to be brought into the venue provided they are licensed & insured and approved by THE WILARIE GM. There is an Outside Catering Fee starting at $250.00. We take pride in having several fine caterers who can accommodate most tastes and budgets. All beverage services are administered by THE WILARIE.
